Question Related to Hair and Nails Supplements

Hair and nails share a similar composition and are primarily formed of keratin, a fibrous structural protein. Nourishing from the inside is essential for normal hair and nails as all nutrients are delivered via the bloodstream. Topical treatments on hair and the visible part of your nails can only enhance cells that are already dead – they do not impact on synthesis of structural proteins.  Zinc is delivered by the bloodstream and contributes to normal protein synthesis.
